Before entering the tour industry, I spent 15 years in the Italian culinary world. I look forward to sharing first-hand knowledge regarding the unique foods, wines, cheeses, and specialties—like olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and truffles—of Italy’s different regions. I can also guide you to the best gelato in every hilltop town inside and outside of Rome.
Originally from Puglia on the Adriatic Sea, I am also happy to share the best beaches, seafood, and nature that Italy has to offer.
