Dr. Richard Warren Jr. is an award-winning educator, renowned speaker, and dynamic professor. As the 2019 Maryland State Teacher of the Year and a Samsung “Solve for Tomorrow” State Finalist, he’s recognized as a leader in his field. He chairs the Education Executive Policy for the Governor of Maryland, guiding transformative reforms. With nearly a decade teaching STEM, Richard earned his doctorate in Educational Leadership from UMES and was inducted into its Hall of Excellence.
