Barbara Richard is a pedagogical advisor in foreign languages, in the West of France. She works with 300 schools. She has a Master’s Degree in elementary teaching and training, a Bachelor’s Degree in foreign literature and culture from the University of Poitiers, and she is now a PhD student in languages sciences: she is studying multilingualism in the school context. She taught in a small primary school for over 10 years with children from 3 to 5 years old. Then, she worked as teacher trainer and as a pedagogical advisor in special needs education. As an eTwinning ambassador, she leads projects with European teachers and she won several National and European Quality Labels. She loves to travel, learn and meet people: as she was a student, she worked in England, she also did her training in Colombia. She received trainings in the UK, Ireland, Greece, Slovakia, Malta and she trained teachers in Africa. She is dynamic, positive and she likes skiing, swimming and reading books.
